1. How do Joyspreader charity gifts work?

Giving a Joyspreader Charity Gift helps disadvantaged Australian children directly. Your money funds educational programs and personal support that help students make the most of their education… and their future.

2. When will I receive my card?

Printed cards may take up to 10 business days to be delivered. If you don't receive the cards by this time please contact our Supporter Care Team on 1800 024 069 or email supportercare@thesmithfamily.com.au and we can help you.

3. When will my recipient receive their e-Card?

If you chose to automatically send the e-card then your recipient will receive it within two hours of the order being completed. If you decided to choose to send the e-card on a particular day then your lucky recipient will receive it before 5 am AEST on the chosen day.

4. I want to buy a large volume of cards. How do I do this?
